Keep Trying

Soon another Feast came around and Jesus was back in Jerusalem.

Near the Sheep Gate in Jerusalem there was a pool, in Hebrew called Bethesda, with five alcoves. Hundreds of sick people—blind, crippled, paralyzed—were in these alcoves. One man had been an invalid there for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him stretched out by the pool and knew how long he had been there, he said, “Do you want to get well?”

The sick man said, “Sir, when the water is stirred, I don’t have anybody to put me in the pool. By the time I get there, somebody else is already in.”

Jesus said, “Get up, take your bedroll, start walking.” The man was healed on the spot. He picked up his bedroll and walked off. John 5:1-8

From the Word of God in John 5:1-8 We can see a man who was sick for a very long period…For 38 years this man was in pain, struggles in life..can you imagine being in pain for 38 years… This man had all reasons to quit or even commit suicide. He could have reached a place of giving up in life, he was in an hopeless situation but what encouraged me as I was reading and meditating on this scripture is that the man never gave up. He kept trying, he kept trusting and believing that one day his healing will come…

What made this man not to give up?

Regardless of all the pain and storms of life this man was determined that his life will one day change. He was determined to see His sickness comes to an end one day. Are you struggling with pain in your life, marriage or relationship or sometimes you want to give up? Please don’t allow the storms of life to ruin your life, like the man in John 5 be determined and save your marriage, business and trust in God. Yo will succeed.

Sometimes what we are in need of in our lives might take long, have continuous delays but don’t give up. Stay determined.. The man waited for 38 years to receive his healing, so don’t destroy your life today, your time of visitation is coming.

The best you can do is just keep on trying.. From the story, we see this man trying as much as possible even if  there was no one to help him he kept trying. Keep on trying, it is not late. Keep trying to make your marriage, ministry, and business work. Be determined to make it work.

All of us have the potentials to make our lives better, we don’t succeed in one style..We succeed differently, our marriage life will succeed but differently and it might take long but never give up.. Keep on trying because you have the potentials to succeed. Remember from the story above people waited for the angel to stir the water in order to get healed but this man did not use the same formula  as others did, so wait for your day and time of divine visitation.. Jesus Christ Is around the corner, be ready for your healing in marriage, ministry, work and business in Jesus name.

Keep trying in businesses.. it will succed..There are small things that will spice up your marriage/ family..the acts of love, prayer and being determined, having a positive mind knowing that you will make it in life. Don’t forget small acts in our marriage lives spices up our relationship. So let us keep trying and make our marriage and business work.

As I conclude remember the man kept trying for 38 years.. We can solve some conflics in marriage when we are determined, And We can economically empower our families if we embark on Economic Empowerement. There is an opportunity and it needs people who are ready to move forward in life and make their marriage life work… ministry work to be successful. Remember all this will happen if we change our attitude. Keep in mind that we will succeed differently, never compare your life, marriage, business, work or ministry with others. You will make it in a different way and God’s way. Have perseverance in marriage and your marriage will work in Jesus name.
